How to ensure your members get points

Side note: In order for your members to participate and earn points in social engagement tracking, they must connect the accounts they plan on engaging with. Otherwise, there is no way to confirm that they legitimately engaged.

For seamless operations, inform your members to connect their accounts. Here's a quick and easy guide:

  1. Click on "Settings" after selecting their profile picture in the top right corner.

  2. Navigate to "Connected accounts" within the settings.

  3. Connect the accounts they want to be tracked for engagement and receive Leaderboard points. If this step isn't completed, their engagement won't contribute to points.

Note: Rest assured, all details regarding Connected Accounts remain private and will not be visible on their profiles.

Once their account(s) are linked, members can begin engaging with your content and will automatically accrue points for their interactions.
