Leaderboard not tracking points?

Having trouble with your Leaderboard? To address this, please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm that your members have correctly linked their Twitter and Discord accounts in their Settings.

  2. Double-check your Discord permissions setup. Ensure that the Fam. bot has access to the specific channels where you want it to track activity.

  3. If the first two steps don't resolve the issue, please open a support ticket in our Discord channel, and one of our team members will assist you promptly.
